Floorplan and Costs

We are pleased to offer you a choice of either Shell or Space only.

Shell Scheme is £143.00 per square metre and includes carpet, walling, nameboard and grid ceiling.  Please note the Shell Scheme does not include furniture or lighting, which can be hired at a reasonable cost from the AQUA contractors.

Space only – simply a ‘chalk mark on the floor’ is £101.00 per square metre and allows you to create a bespoke stand to reflect your company’s profile.  Please note Space only must be a minimum of 24 square metres.
