We want to ensure that AQUA 2021 is as safe as possible for our visitors, exhibitors, and staff.
Therefore, AQUA will be staged in line with current government guidance and reflecting policies being widely adopted by the UK events industry. As a result, we will be requesting proof of Covid-19 status on arrival at the venue.
All visitors, exhibitors & contractors will be asked to show proof of COVID-19 status on arrival at AQUA. This can be one of the following:
- Proof of double vaccination (our 2nd dose being administered at least two weeks prior to attendance). You can present this certification via the NHS Covid Pass within the NHS App on your smartphone, or internationally recognised equivalent, or as a printed document, or by showing your paper vaccination card.
- Proof of negative Lateral Flow Test result taken within 48 hours of arrival, shown on an email or text, submitted via www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result or https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/
- Proof of natural immunity shown by a positive PCR test result for COVID-19, within 180 days of PATS (including 10 day isolation following the result) via the NHS Covid Pass within the NHS App.
Under the current guidance it is not a legal requirement to wear a mask, but as show organisers, we are encouraging people who are able to do so, particularly when moving around the show.
In addition, hand sanitisers will be in place around the venue along with an enhanced cleaning regime for communal areas such as catering points and toilets.
If you feel unwell with symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend the show.
Extra precautions will be taken by staff at the Venue, Organisers and Exhibitors to reduce any risk of the transmission of COVID-19 on-site at the show, including an assessment of the risk of transmission in all areas.
